What is this game?

I have watched both videos and know it has multiplayer. That is all I know. Maybe when I come back across the game another time there will be something to tell me is it a racing game? is it like Trine? is it a 3rd person boss fights? I should not be asking these questions multiple trailers should have answered these.

Guess the plus I'll give it for now is not marking it ignore to get it out of showing up in the way of other games. Devs/Publishers fix this or it is getting ignored if I keep seeing it.
