Split screen and SteamDeck

Hi! I have PC and Stream Deck. Can I play with my wife on the same account but on different devices? (like split screen) Or should I create a steam account for her?

If you want to use the same account, you need to play it locally on the same device. Therefore, she needs to create another account.

u need 2 accounts if u r gonna use 2 different devices
u can use a single account only if u both r playing on the same device
