68GB UPDATE??

My game got a 68gb update. What's going on?

There appears to be a glitch with the update on Steam right now. We are looking into this. If players are getting the not enough space to install warning, we recommend uninstalling the game and reinstalling it.

Same to me, like its reinstalling everything while my friend had a 700mb download

For me, Steam said the update was 80 Gb, but then actually downloaded and patched in only 700 Mb. It was over in less than a minute.

Yeah, so redownloading the entire game with my internet speed is not a good option. Repairing the game did not change anything. It asks for 335GB of download now...

The delta was like 734MB, total install size is less than 86GB.
Any other value is a Steam UI bug and can be ignored.

That's how SteamPipe works in general, the faster your disk/CPU the faster the patching gets.
