Playtime just randomly disappeared?

Just finished the game yesterday with a friend. It was great! It took us around 15 hours in total. For some reason our last play session consisting of around 5 hours wasn't recorded by steam. My friend has the same problem.

I have never had this before with a steam game ever. It's not a big issue obviously but I was wondering if anyone had something similar happen.

We have good fiber internet connections and good pcs so hardware / internet wasn't the issue.
