Good evening! Modern Warfare 2019 does not start on Steam. I tried all the standard solutions and nothing helped. Please tell me what to do, I will be very grateful.

Everything should start normally, but nothing works. I have already reinstalled the game on the HDD, although it was on the SSD. I launched Steam and the game itself on behalf of the administrator. The drivers are new, everything is fine, Windows is updated, there are no viruses, I checked the integrity, but nothing happened. Help !I do not want to buy at this moment in Battle.net.

Mine stuck on failing in connecting at online service with being given two option one is retry and another is quit to the desktop
I have yet to play this game since purchase
Any clue on how to get through on that??

0. If you're using Winblows 11, can't help you there.
1. Maybe the firewall/AV is blocking the app. Create an exception?
2. Your targets should be the resources the game uses initially to launch the game.
3. Try minimal startup.
4. Try some redist.

The game did not start for a very long time, after pressing the button, nothing happened to play, tried all possible methods and nothing helped
Now I decided to try again and now the game starts stably every time and does not crash

What was done?

Removed everything from the computer that has the letters nvidia in the name, in general everything, GeForce GE, control panel, nvidia display container LS was disabled through system services
'win + R\services.msc'there we look for nvidia display container LS and select the launch type - disabled, we also forcibly stop

When starting the pc, turn off steam, if it is in startup and open it with administrator rights and voila, the game starts to start always and without any problems
All this was done on win11, I don't know the version and so on, and other options do not work in particular for me

Turn off and delete all AMD graphics card apps and try start steam with administrator rights, or do only second thing

I was able to launch it, but not any more. The splash screen disppears half way.
