Game Not Working without CoD HQ, Help?

The other day I tried playing this game, but it asked to also install Cod HQ; granted, it was on a Legion Go Z1E and not sure if that would make any difference. Although, I've heard that they separated MWs 1-3 from Cod HQ. Has anyone had this same issue and know a fix for it for if so? Currently downloading MW3(2023) for the multiplayer and not sure if it'll do the same.

Pure & Rustic has Call of Duty®: Modern Warfare®

All MW from MW 2019 to MW III (23) are seperate from HQ. MW 2019 was never in HQ

You shuld not need to install HQ, but you can open those games from there, but they are still standalone game
