XRK Weapons pack

I mean I see it mentioned as dlc here on my steam files but no trace of the pack in game

The XRK weapons pack are 2 blueprints for weapons, i think one of the blueprints are for the M4A1 Assault Rifle found in the AR section, and the other if for a handgun which is like the magnum.

isnt it comes with the game itself? Search in gunsmith a blueprint on M4 for example. If its not there, then dont know how to help
