Does COD MW purchase include all "seasons"?

Does anyone know if purchasing COD Modern Warfare 2019 on Steam for $59.99 includes all of the "season" map packs one through six? It's not obvious to me looking at the product's page on Steam.

Most of the maps are available. They were all released for free during the game's life cycle. Although due to what I am assuming were bugs that were never fixed after one of the warzone integrations, several ground war maps are missing, alongside some normal multiplayer maps. (In addition to this, without the 10v10 playlists, a couple of the maps are only playable in certain modes such as Search and Destroy, and or in a private match.)
