How to equip the dog?

I remember playing and seeing an unlock pop-up with a dog icon, and also, I see many people have a dog equipped while loading into a game. How would one go about equipping him? I couldn't find him as part of any selectable finisher takedowns or anywhere else.

he should be a finisher, should be universal too, he was unlocked as part of a warzone battlepass, season 2 or 3 I believe.
