I AM MISSING THE XRK PACKAGE

Can anyone help me?
I bought Modern Warfare 2019, and in the Steam description it says that you get an XRK weapon pack. But when I enter the game I can't find it.
I've already talked to Activision about the issue and they all tell me the same thing, you could get the camouflage by pre-purchasing the game.
The problem is that I investigated and some people say that they got it for having the standard version, or for pre-purchasing it, or for having the most expensive version, or for having the digital version, or because it was obtained in the first battle pass, I don't understand.
Also on Steam I see a DLC already downloaded from the XRK PACK, but it doesn't appear in the game, so I asked Activision and it's always the same story.
Please if you know any solution or an explanation please respond.

yup, it's always been a ♥♥♥♥♥ pack and like 50/50 whether you actually get it to work.

IF you logged in to a pre-existing battle.net or activision account to continue on from previous data it will not be redeemed, that much I know as that was the boat I fell into, apparently from activision themselves: despite me purchasing the game which should include the pack, if I previously had a warzone account or purchased the game elsewhere I'm not eligible.
