DEV ERROR 6036

For some reason one day (~2 weeks ago) I decided to run the game, and when I turned it on it said "Dev_error_6036", now for some reason nobody on the steam forums covered this topic, (which I find strange).
Now, you see, I updated the drivers, reinstalled it like 10 times already, ran the game in safe mode and it did ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥.
Any help please?

*Also: Yes, I verified the files, a few times, my graphics card is Radeon 6600XT, basically I HAVE ENOUGH POWER TO RUN THE GAME, it did run properly before !

also, sorry but 1 last thing, should I refund it and go buy iy on bnet? I think the game may have more support technically here. But Idunno
