Game crashed at Terms of Agreement page

For some reason, the game just crashed when I'm at ToS page. Does anyone experience this issue?

PSA: Folks, the Steam version doesn't work work correctly which is highly recommended to request Steam refund. However, Battle.net version worked flawlessly.

ToS means Terms of Service, and crashing is a wide spread issue

Yes, that is correct. But still, I cannot click the accept button. It's greyed out, plus the game just crashed right at Terms of Agreement page. Is there a solution to fix this issue?

Same here. Can't click on accept. Then the game crashes regardless.
Plugged in a controller and rebooted. Was able to accept the TOS then the game crashed immediately afterwards.

Will play around with installing different DLCs i.e. MP or campaign only but might end up refunding sadge

This happens for me too, I tried installing everything to see if it fixed but no luck. The same thing happens with vanguard too. Cold war is the only game that works.

Guys Try "verify integrity of game files" steam says i have 912 broke files now i need to download 100gb again

Tryed it, all were positive. Still crashing.

Guys go to properties and then to dlcs look if you installed special units
it worked for me im in the singleplayer campaign without crashing

Tried with just MP installed. Tried with just Singleplayer & Survival installed. Tried with everything installed.

At the terms of service page I can't accept and the game immediately crashes.
On controller I can accept TOS make it to the next page with settings like audio but the game immediately crashes.

Verifying game files solved nothing so yeah big rip

Sadly, there's no other solution to fix crash issue. Hence, it's recommended to contact Steam support to request refund since Steam version has serious technical issue.

Hi Eierstock did you mean 'Speical Ops' when you said Special units?

Yeah. For some players having Single player with spec ops installed fixed campaign from crashing but I don’t think it applied to those of us crashing at the TOS page

Yeah my problem is crashing at the TOS page as well. Installing spec ops doesn't fix the issue, sadly..
