40mm grenades

I found two sets of 40mm grenades labled FB (Silent) and Smk (Dum-Dum). Judging by the markings i thought they are flashbangs and smoke grenades, but they behave like standart 40mm. Are they any different?

[Bug][IMPORTANT INFO]First person and NPC animations have halved in frames

IMPORTANT: Do not switch between different savegame runs without restarting the game(this restarts the game memory)first, as any bugs carry over and save PERMANENTLY. First of all, game runs fine. Cars drive fine and the overall game fps is capped at 57. I have rolled on the game with this bug for a long time now, having learned to ignore it. Reaching around level 21 in Physique stat causes every npcs animations, including my first person animations like reloading and knife swinging, all of them to play...

Old player returning help

I just brought the game out of nostalgia and started playing again. What is the current state of the steam release, looking at features and bugs? Also which version should I install? I heard 2.0, 1.4 unofficial etc. I like rather like to avoid unofficial or community made patches since they are sometimes even more gamebreaking and what can I expect in terms of bugs etc.?...

Watched the traffic in Puerto Sombra go insane, driving off the road, honking at walls, running over old ladies (which triggered the combat music) and all Saul Myers could do was yawn.

Boiling Point is super janky, partially insane, very interesting mechanically, and pretty fun overall. Similar to Deus Ex, S.T.A.L.K.E.R., TES III: Morrowind, and Far Cry 2 - except it pre-dates two of those!

My only serious, show-stopping gripe with the game is the unpredictable save corruption bug. Strongly recommended to jank enjoyers, but if you're looking for something polished, stay away.
