Team fortress classic not working.

So When i start TFC, everything is fine but when i go to click server or find server, Begins to load but as soon as it saids "parsing game info" then it stop right there for a really long time then crashes. Any Ideas?

Is this any particular server you're having trouble on, or is it all servers?

Not sure if this will help, but it might:

First, back-up your steamlibrary/steamapps/common/Half-Life/tfc directory. (This is to save all of your maps and config files. I just bulk copy the entire directory to somewhere else)
After that's done, Right click on the game name in your Games list, and select "Properties". Click on the "Local Files" tab, and "verify content". If everything checks out, you may have to right click on the game name, and select "delete local content". This is where your back-up will come in handy. That won't be deleted, just your game files, which you can re-download.

Make sure it works, THEN you can re-copy your configs and maps back over. Once you do, check the game again. If it doesn't work now.... then it's something in your configs causing the problem. That's when you can start to track down the problem.

Sadly no still on the "parsing game info", its happening to all my half life one games

Did you put it in Software Rendering mode? If so, that is the problem.
