Hide and Seek potentially broken

...some have said that Hide and Seek doesn't unlock despite requirements being met.

I don't have time to test this on another account, and only 2 people commented about this, but I'd still like to share this here in hopes that their issue is resolved.

We helped someone in the Discord on the 20th unlock this. They have it on their profile too. So I am going to say its not broken but there may be an aspect missing?

Any extra details may help in finding out what they have different to the person who unlocked it two days ago.

This would be very helpful, as I have just witnessed it not functioning as intended and have raised it further with hope for some answers.

I am one of those people that posted. What I have done is click on the ninja duck every time they appeared in a new location. I tried it on both maps with no luck. I even tried two different ways where I always had the focus on the ninja duck until it disappeared and then I would reacquire it and let is force unfocus and find it again. The other way was that when I found a ninja duck, I would click on it, move the camera, stay focused on the duck a few moments and then manually unfocus the ninja duck to find it again. I even did these in a single play session rather than over the course of saving the game.

Also can confirm it's not working for me, found them in all places and didn't get the achievement. Even took screenshots in all places https://imgur.com/a/uEWD6Mx
