Friendly reminder to all..
Games like this with literally next to nothing to actually do but sit around, are CRYPTO MINERS. Just like that one lofi college relaxation game. And they all get proven time and time again. Don't be stupid. Do not run this on your computer.

I looked with a professional-grade network monitor and didn't detect any signs of dialing out to a seedy website we've never heard of, nor does the GPU usage go straight to 100 and stay there forever on my (admittedly pretty beefy) gaming laptop.

(As an aside, in the latest DLC pack they poke fun at this exact claim with a duck styled after typical cryptocurrency promo graphics that even "mines" some for a Steam achievement. If they were really sapping all your computer's power to make... well, not very much anymore, because the ship sailed a long time ago for using GPUs to mine crypto, then why would they purposefully bring attention to their own shenanigans?)

To add to what John said, while the game does make my 1080 FE very hot, it's not nearly the only game that does this (esp because this card is meant to run hot). The latest DLC did not increase the GPU usage any more than what it already was before.

While there may be games that are actual crypto miners - this is not one of them , so please stop sharing that misinformation around.

The "this game mines crypto" meme somehow hasn't died yet, so the devs incorporated a special duck into this game to make fun of the fact... :thXD:

I genuinely don't think this guy cares enough to read any of these replies... I mean, this is the same guy that accused Chill Corner of being a miner after someone already ripped open the game's code and proved there is no miner!
