Does anybody have any info on the parrot phrases?

Do I need to click on it to get all the parrot phrases? I've been playing for hours and nothing!

Seems like parrot sounds new phrases when after contact with certain duck. I don't know which is which tho.

Trying to sort this out aswel, thought newphrases were picked up from other ducks at first, then thought maybe it was the radio. Then I was thinking different phrases could be on different maps or triggered by other DLC ducks. Not sure what the pre requisites are or if its just relentless clicking.

Got it. I can't tell what triggered the addition of each phrase (or how many there are in total), but if you just click like crazy to cycle through the phrases occasionally, you'll get it. •<~!

Of note: all I was running was the new set of ducks, in Hippospace.

Might be a glitch, but the music on the level kicked out after a while. Bummer, 'cause it's my favorite in the series.

Now, for the tough question: what the heck is being said?

Looks like its relentless clicking paired with shuffleing through all the other ducks.

I got the achievement when making new game with new DLC only, so I dunno if it takes that into consideration but at least you don't need *all* of base game as well other DLC packs to get the achievement.

This was one I was worried about, since I'm deaf gamer, I had no idea if anything was said at all. Then achievement popped, lol.

How frustrating! I'm glad and impressed you got it and you should get like... bonus achievement for even bothering with it in the first place.

Haha thanks! But yeah it's why I didn't bother with the door/radio thing. No way am I going to figure that one myself, thankfully none of achievements require that one.

I do feel the game should have CC for deaf/hard of hearing folks, but eh. As long as no more achievements requiring the ability to hear I should be good...

i saved and reset my game to get the superhero duck that wasnt showing up, and my parrot ducks are now missing some of the phrases they picked up, so i think its definitely more than just having all the dlc ducks there. i dont know if theres some kind of timer on it and you just have to wait or if they have to bump into a duck to get the phrase from it

I am fairly certain I had it learn a new phrase just as a new duck appeared, and collision wasn't necessary.

going mental over this one. left the game running while i slept so all of the new ducks would spawn, and no matter how many times i cycle through my ducks and click on the parrot i’ve only gotten about four phrases :,)

You needn't cycle through the ducks, only the parrot's phrases. Just keep the focus on the parrot duck and keep clicking on it from time to time.
