The sliding puzzle in floor 8/9 I have no idea what to do I am completely stuck

You cannot do anything about the sliding tiles right now. You'll get an ability much later that lets you deal with them. For now, don't worry about them, you don't need to get into the areas they're blocking in order to progress.

So where do I go i am I’ve seen the discordance Cut scene and I want to know where to go is it somewhere in narthex

In order to progress past the end of part 1, you need to have completed all of the requests, have all of the Curios d'Art (note that there is one regular Curio you can't get yet), and have seen all of Bocklin's events. If you haven't talked to Bocklin very much (he's on the bottom floor of Narthex), you may need to talk to him multiple times. If you've completed everything, he'll give you a "special power" and then just start repeating the same dialogue.
