Looking for a strong party and covenant setup
Right now I'm rocking this setup:

Theatrical Star
Wonder Corsair x2
Peer Fortress x2
Rapid Venator
Shinomashira
Magia Maid
Aster Crow
Famyu Seeker
Gothic Copellia

I made all of my friends, and my pet cat as the classes that best fit them, and do plan on soul transferring and such to make them far stronger over time (I love min/maxing games like this :p) Just wondering what kind of pact setups would be best to use right now.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

For pacts I have:

Witch Pact
Fighter Pact
Guardian Pact
Mage Pact
Recon Pact
Witch Troop Pact
Raider Pact
Choir Pact
Black Sheep Pact
Cat Pact 1
Gossip Pact
Healer Pact
Festival Pact
Nachiroux's Pact

It's been pretty hard balancing stuff plus having the right puppets in the vanguard/rearguard so no mismatch happens (Right now the Famyu Seeker is in the rearguard with a Theatrical Star and Rapid Venator.)

Any help would be awesome!

To be fair, that guide is aimed specifically at endgame builds. It'll be a long time before you've even unlocked the mechanics necessary to make those builds.

General guidelines for the point you're at:
- Having more attacker units is always better than any other benefit a pact can give you. Prioritize having more attackers over anything else. The gossip pact is very good early on for this reason. The Festival, Witch Squad, and Nachiroux's Pacts are also good.
- Famyus have terrible physical stats and should never be attackers... with the exception of if you're using a Cat Pact, since it's possible to get their stats up to a respectable level with that. Even then, that's just usable, and still not as good as a pact that gives you more attackers, but it'll do until you've got enough 2 or 3-attacker pacts to fill out the whole party.
- Magia Maids are obviously great at magical damage -- but remember that most of your active donum come from your pact, not your facet, so make sure you put them on a pact that has good attack donum (Mage Pact is good early on) and give them all of your best +DMP gear and they'll do great a nuking things.

What Minneyar said. I made my decisions early game based on the best weapons I was able to make. Everyone else existed to support the chosen ones in some way (parameter buffs, donum buffs, whatever) and contributed to damage as they were able.
