First off, How the hell do I even use items in combat?

2nd I'm in the part where I need materials for a NPC that has problems with his legs (Spoilers)

Need to find Golden Slime Mold, Refuel Fig and False Snake egg, Finally after many hours I got the ability to go underwater but I'm lost.

This only happens when the game gives me these kind of objectives, is far easier to look for the Curious, Heck I got 4 while trying to find those damn items. XD

You have to use a Fantability to use items in combat. You should see the option for a Special Action at the top to tell you what key it is.

Request materials are RNG and come from the sparkles you see on the ground, but they might only come from certain floors. If you have bought treasure maps for areas, you can check those while looking at each map and see where they come from. The items needed are clearly glitched as they don't give the full name and have way too many _ in their names.

The Mold, Fig, and Egg are all in chests from what I remember. By the time I got that quest I somehow already had 2 of them and got the last one in Indigo.

Any items you need for main story requirements (other than needing to do all the requests in Act 1) are found in chests, just explore what you haven't explored yet.

You can find all of those in the Indigo Transept, and the entrance to that is on Apse floor 8.
