Absolutely, nothing in the shop even comes close to the deal you're getting with the battle passes. You get a brand new card, a bunch of credits, gold, boosters, some variants, titles and a special variant for the battle pass card at the end. Then if you go above that you get caches which give you random things anything from credits, to gold, to a variant.

If you want to spend money on this game but don't want to dish out 50, 100 bucks all the time like a whale the best bang for your buck is the battle pass and the gold pass. That'd be $15/month but it is absolutely worth it if you like this game and can spare the money.

The only thing I spend money on in this game is the season pass. I'll buy the odd gold pass here and there, but I have been buying the season pass since the Savage Land season and I don't regret it a bit.

It varies depending on the season but I'd say in general it's fairly worth it. You just gotta make sure you keep up with the missions and you'll get everything it has to offer pretty easily

if u look at the gold/crystals u get from it its worth the money u pay compaired to in the item shop.

but how the game is atm i whouldn't buy the season pass unless the season card itself is heavy OP/powercreep.

Which is trivial to clarify. You could ignore the game for almost the entire season, come back and still reach 50. They give you more than enough season missions to hit 50 easily.

May be crazy, but it feels like there are a LOT more "premium only" tiers this season. :( Would be much better IMO if they did like most games and have two parallel ladders for "free" and "premium" tier rewards.

Oh, they do. I personally loved the underground words, the avatar and the exclusive variant when I bought Gwenpool's bundle for the month. The gold and credits and such is ephemeral and won't last long anyway.

That said, Gwenpool is the only character I've cared about for the season pass.
