MARVEL SNAP

MARVEL SNAP

Is anyone playing conquest?
It seems fine, but it just takes too long. I normally only play Snap in short bursts of a couple of games and don't often have time to commit to the 15+ mins or so it takes to complete a conquest game.

I play it some. It's a good change of pace and good for playtesting and getting boosters for cards I'm not using. I am actively trying to get the variant.

I'm playing it during hot and featured locations. I hate that 50% of matches thing. And conquest is exempt from that.

I'm still playing only the proving grounds. Around 100 silver tickets waiting to be used. :D

Since I am infinite in ranked mode, I only play conquest too. You get all the same advantages (season pass xp, boosters, can complete missions) plus you can win medals and tickets.

I am stopping to play ranked at 90 and will play conquest mode now.

Same here. Ladder matches are boring compared to conquest.

i wish they let you choose two decks at the beginning it would make it alot more strategic in my opinion. 3 matches you choose one of the two decks at the beginning of each match. Right now if you lose hard you are probably just done and should concede (yeah i know this isn't always the case, though most of the time it is) and this would fix that issue.

I hit Infinite early this month so honestly played nothing but conquest since, more variety, more rewards so nothing to lose.

Honestly I may not even play ladder much going forward next season. I will miss out on my 500 gold for 90. But I'm not sure I care all that much. I can just get to 60 or so for the free variant and just do conquest afterwords.

Playing Conquest as well.

Would you know if I can purchase the Green Goblin boosters without owning the card, and then having them applied to the card when/if I get it?

Actually no idea, you "should" have them when you finally get the card or otherwise there should be a mechanism in place to prevent you from buying them. At least that's how I'd do it. You can try and hope they thought about that case (contact support if not) or wait until next week and get the card first.

Wise words Taonath. I've sent the question to support, I'll post here if I get an answer.

The support had to check with another team (designers? programmers?) but they finally came back with a positive answer:

Yes, it is generally possible for players to purchase boosters or additional content for a game without owning the specific card at the time of purchase. This allows players to acquire the boosters and have them applied to their account for later use, even if they don't currently possess the associated card.

Good to know, thanks for getting the info.
