I'm tired of Strange Supreme already, man. Created Card decks and Junk decks did not need a new tool in their arsenal. NGL I also miss old Rhino for his very niche reliability in C3bro decks because the sheer number of locations that give/remove power meant Scarlet Witch was just as likely to screw you over as save you.

the carter problem is that it works with moonstone now.

but if u do that play u will basicly have nothing left for the other locations so i don't see a big issue here.

unless theres a nexus location.

Moonstone, but also Silver Surfer. That deck got a mega buff between Carter and Phastos.

I like the Peni buff though, I've been trying to get a merging deck going with Super Strange, Peni, Agony, and Hulk Buster but it hadn't really been working out.
