I have played at least 10 games with him on the board, made sure I had excess energy however I have yet to see him transform.

Am I missing something or is it just awful RNG?

RNG.. there is only a 25% chance to transform, regardless of how much energy you save.

I thought it sucked at first. But if you're u have sunspot and the high evo unspent energy cards it's not bad. The key is to play it on turn three instead of turn two. It's not the best card but it's not bad tbh
