Game-breaking bug?
Hey guys. I'm not exactly sure what happened, I think I finished the starter battle pass, but when I go into my collections section, everything is greyed out and i can't make any decks. It seems like a bug, I can still play but only with the decks I had made before this bug. Do you know if there's any fix? I love the game so far and would love to continue but I'm not sure what to do to escape this state. Thank you for reading.

Not a bug.
Grayed out cards are cards that you don't own yet.
I think you have checked the box in "Show Unowned cards" in filters to find cards.
On Steam, it is the "?" next to the star at the top right when you look at card collection.
click it again to hide Unowned cards.

Hey, nope, I know which button you mean but It's not that, it's like the whole screen is greyed out, the way it gets in apps and games usually when it's waiting for you to pass a prompt or click on a pop-up.

Okay. Weird bug then.
I don't know if it will work, but I have managed to get out of a bugged state in game by changing the device I am playing on.
I had a bug where my game was stuck on PC and then I closed the game and opened it on my phone and the game wasn't stuck anymore.
I think the developers don't read here, so you might want to join the games official discord page and ask there for support.

Hello, thank you for the suggestion. I have already tried this workaround, downloaded SNAP from Google Playstore but I get the exact same thing in the collections screen, which led me to believe it's something account-related.

I e-mailed the support e-mail posted for SNAP today and attached a screenshot asking for possible solutions. Hopefully this is something known or fixable, I think I found an older Reddit threat by someone experiencing the same issue.

Thank you for taking the time to suggest options, I appreciate it.

Yeah I gave customer support my in-game ID and they fixed it. Got in touch with them through the Snap discord.
