There are worse gacha game out there, it is bad considering how many other options are out there such as magic/ptcg/hearthstone. I completely understand the outrage and really there's no reason all the cards in this game shouldn't be free and then just monetize through the shop.

The monitzation is beyond ridiculous, but there isn't anything gacha about selling things while telling you what you are getting.

think you're misusing the term "gacha." That's more lootbox stuff. The bundles are ridiculous yes but it's not P2W.
The season pass isn't even that expensive and you get good value from the entire month of rewards.
