Very easy to make, and you don't need to join discord channels to utilize it.
You can 'visit' there site to see the long listings and find one more to your liking. There are recruitment treads on Facebook, Reddit, and other online places. All over the place.

i just made my own and just get the personal ones. got tired of getting kicked everytime they find someone slightly better, or if you go a week without playing a boatload
