Missing Value bundles from Shop?

Hey,
I have noticed that after Christmas i don't get any Value bundles shown in shop
My girl who started playing this week has the spidey one & another one which i cant recall the name & after shop rotation reset she got the beef up your team one (Maria Hill variant).
On my shop though i only see the Kings of the castle & bubblegirl at normal prices..
So my question is, are Value Bundles random for each player or is my shop bugged?!

Someone can correct me if I'm wrong, but if I recall correctly the value bundles are only for new player accounts.

Yep just googled it before I hit post. Heres the info they are their for a very short time only to new players.

Thanks a bunch, i tried searching for it on reddit but i failed finding your link.
I only read on some post that the welcome bundles should be coming back regardless if you bought any one before or not, so i guess that was false info...
