It's always Total Radio Silence up until the end of the match, so you know it's false bravado. Best you can do for someone with posthumous confidence like that is just mute them and move on, or just be muting people at the start of the match if emotes annoy you in general.
Their saving grace here, is you truly do not know the intent of the player, but now with alliance chats, you could be seeing the start of complaints made against your alliances. I doubt they are equipped internally for customer complaints.
I am already sick of the emote spamming. Silence. They will keep generating these toxic emotes for money. Not all are toxic of-course. Some are very cute, but players will find ill-meaning in even cute innocent remotes. I mean look how they turned their initial basic ones into toxic replies. 'the blank me, Ms Marvel one huh?" You blank....
I simply silence you before I play. I don't use them.
I think they are harmless among your alliance friends or playing with friends, but up top, better not. Like Hearthstone, they will mark you if you get out of hand.
Brody cares about one thing, the bottom line and emotes will bring them revenue as the foolish will use their resources to get them.
I have no solution to what they are doing. I hear it already about Arishem and some of them.
You have a Silence button, use it.
Its a little cheeky emote, and has more expression and moments where you can use it, than some of the other emotes.
Wow, that's nice of you. Personally I don't see the value in giving them exactly what they want, especially when I could be playing another match with somebody else.
No different from the ms marvel.
Yes. Universal mute option would be very welcome.
Imagine going full tilt because someone cutting you off on the highway, for flicking you off, for a random person calling you an offensive word on the street.
Same thing, gestures and emotes have all the same purpose to convey a message. SD refuses to add a global mute button, instead after 100s of threads they started monetizing them. Because they know their target audience.
To the OP, all emotes are toxic, don't matter who they are or what the emote is. Mute is top right, most ppl use it, but after the 40th person you get annoyed that you have to do it every game.
Snap is a game about tilting the opponent, playing cards is just to pass time.
