My opponent started one turn/energy ahead?

Weird question I'll explain. Titan, Pet Mansion, Asgard
Turn 1 Ice Man. They have no play.
Turn 2 I dropped Armor he dropped Sunspot and it got +2 power.
Turn 3 Bishop, he drops Omega Red.
Turn 4 Kazar he drops Agatha (The first area was Titan, -1 to 6 cost cards).

What just happened?

sounds like Arishem. When your opponent has Arishem in their deck, they start the game with +1`Energy. Arishem also shuffles 15 random cards in their deck.
They had enough energy at turn 4 for the 6 cost card , so Agatha put itself on the board there.

Thanks for the answer. Fairly new and didn't know that was a card feature of it. How awkward.

You can tell opponent is playing arishem when their deck has 23 cards in it on turn 1. You can check their deck by clicking their profile.

I was JUST about too write a own post off this. Thanks YOKI_NL for explain why!
I thought it was a glitch or new cheat when some could play out a 2 cost card at the first round.
