alliances - better way to find quest oriented groups

How do I find good alliances with players who really want to complete quests? I've been in two alliances so far, and each time there are a lot of players who make zero quest or contribute very few points.
Less than 10 players reach a four-digit score. That's pretty demotivating.

I've already thought about opening my own group and kicking out everyone who doesn't reach a minimum number of points, but starting from zero is no guarantee that we'll end up with motivated 30 players.

other than searching for the "focus on bounties" tag, it's just trial and error i'm afraid. i got lucky and joined an alliance where most members get at least 1000 points per week, with like 2 or 3 members who go nuts and carry the whole alliance with like 10k points.

It's tough with the Alliance feature being so bare bones. Half the time the bounty list is still packed with tasks that nobody wants to do, despite the change that they supposedly implemented. Add to that the fact that chat is barely usable and you get like 100 characters max in the description so it's nearly impossible to communicate. I boot zeros from my Alliance but without more information provided to leadership, and no way to discuss anything, it's difficult to know where to reasonably draw the line.

Some alliance descriptions clearly state the minimum requirement for points earned. Even if such alliances are full now, at the beginning of the week they will probably kick someone out.

I joined my alliance two weeks after the alliances launched. And last week was the first week where no one was kicked.

Yeah I left two alliances so far to join a new one. It's the same story. top 2~3 players go ham on bounties while the bottom 15 have zero by the end of the week. I haven't found a good alliance yet.

The bounty system is a little odd too. Some bounties are really hard to achieve. On day one i'm already at 5k, last week it was a struggle to hit 4k in the entire week.

My alliance is very active. We finish every week at max rewards. Max rewards are at 120k and we finished the week at 184.5k I finished the week with over 16.5k.

You gotta trust the process . i got 6 members in my alliance and we at least get 1000 bounty points

last week 7k points, this week I'm currently around 5k, but there are still 3 days left to reach more ;)
