snap is a third party provider. as most games are.
steam can not n will not save your account data for other providers.

when you started playing the game snap asked you to create an account in a quite annoying way. like literly very login / every 2hours.

remember your account name, remember your password. and login. :)
hope you wrote it down somewhere or used your google acc to connect.

spoiler: if you have nothing but your account name the snap support will probably not be able to help. data protection guidelines.

ps: logouts like this happen if you uninstall a game or the launcher itself gets a major update. always save ya account data somewhere physical.
