Okay first, let's be clear. Unless they have recently altered this policy. The Money lots in this SKIN game, cannot offer you a lot of a card you don't already own. The Galactus Lot only appears to players that already own the card. There are special instances early where a Lot was offered of a card you did not own yet, but would have gain freely. Cap comes to mind, but for the most part the purchasable lot if of cards you already own in unique artists lot purchases. Battle Pass card is an pre-test early purchase, but not offered in lots.

I very definitely get offered store bundles for cards I don't own. I don't see daily variants for cards I don't own, but cash bundles are often a way to get new cards. It's how I got Dazzler, and a couple others since I started in January.

I do not believe anything the OP has to say about winning or losing because of a card or cards or how much someone spends, but I just wanted to correct this specific point.

I have been here long enough to remember when this changed. At first, you were not able to play the variant until you pulled the basic card. IIRC, the first card that was on offer as a variant in a bundle and you could play with it even if you didn't have the base card was Sera. This was a long time ago, when Sera was one of the best cards in the game.

You really don't even need to rig anything for whales. I can run a basic Venom/Carnage deck, if I upgrade it with an Arnem Zola or a Nimrod I will beat the deck that doesn't have it, and the guy with a Deadpool will beat me.

The more cards you have that play off each other, the less skill you need, the more options you have, the more often you win. It is an obvious pay to win system. If you don't buy the passes you cannot remain competitive.

I mean to be fair you literally just described every single card game in existence lol.

How do you lose "every single match" to a Galactus in Conquest? Once you see him once, you know he has it. Have you read the card? It costs 6 energy, has to be winning the lane, and has to be the only card on their side. Put enough power at each location to beat him and if you can't, retreat. Galactus depends entirely on surprise. I can understand not being able to always overcome a good Hobgob or SSM play, or being distracted by the hilarity of somebody actually shelling out 100 bucks for a variant, but posting about it is just sad.

You did not understand my post.
I did not lose to the Galactus card but to the paying whale that was matched against me because the game knew his odds were 100% WIN against me with that deck, he would have won anyways because he paid 100 bucks for the bundle.

I like to think of Snap as a game of what you make it.

Want it to just be an insane RNG game? Loki, Aresham(sp), a few more RNG cards, have fun.

Want it to be a Pokemon game? Here are your elements, instead of Water, Fire, etc., you have:
Bounce
Move
Destroy
Discard
On Reveal
Ongoing etc.

Subsets of those are
On Reveal Galactus
Ongoing Tribunal
etc

Speaking of these last two

I can't stand Galactus either. And Tribunal kicks my ass everytime he's played.

So, in every single deck I make, I have BOTH
Cosmo
and
Rogue
And omg how GOOD does it feel when someone slaps down Wong or Symbiote Spiderman?

OK she's not as handy, consider just running from tribunals since they're not as common, but I swear I was stuck inbetween 80-90 on the ladder with nothing but tribunal decks.

tldr; have a counter for a common deck you're seeing in your fav deck. always. Even if it's just one card to counter something.

No, I described every P2W card game. There are myriad card games where how you play what you have is far more important than what you actually have. Euchre, Spades, Hearts, etc, it's only when the cards become more important than the game that this observation becomes true.

Play Destroy or Shaw/Surtur with Killmonger (maybe Rogue), or any control deck with Cosmo and Shadow King.

In order to get that avatar, you have to have bought a bundle that costs 100 dollars. and gives you the card, the avatar, some boosters and some in game cash i think.

This isn't how the AWS gamelift services operate.

If SD really wanted to make this happen, they wouldn't have purchased an over the counter solution for the matchmaking service they use.
