i reinstall 3 times, update my windows, restart my pc, and nothing works.

I deleted the Second Dinner folder listed below, then verify files, then launch game (it may freaze after new log in but I restart once more) and it worked:

C:\Users\YOURUSER\AppData\LocalLow\Second Dinner\

PS: Only do this if you're sure your account is linked to e-mail, otherwise you lose your login data
