Destroy is a good deck, when it gets a good draw it's hard to counter. If I see Deadpool into Hulk Booster on turns one and two, I usually concede.
Also, if you have priority, cosmo/armor their deadpool/bucky/wolvie (armor is much better since they don't have a chance of destroying their card in any way)
Sk to revert their powers
Echo, Negasonic to shut down their big powered cards if you have prior, rogue, enchantress, shang if you have priority
Force move cards to ♥♥♥♥ their ♥♥♥♥ up, though that's not much common atm.
