No spotlight cache showing up

I am not seeing any spot to see the new card this week. I had 3 keys as of yesterday and I cant seem to find where to open the spotlight caches anymore or even where to see them. Up to date on both phone and computer.. am i missing something?

I can´t see it either. Maybe they are configurating something and meanwhile we cant use the keys idk

I had 9 keys and they are all gone now too and also there is not even any option of cards that are available this week to use keys on.

I really hope this is just a minor / temporary glitch because I will be pretty choked if I just lose my 9 keys like that.

Some notice would have been nice if the devs were planning on removing that feature from the game, so at least we would have had the chance to use our keys.

I dont think you'll loose the keys. Maybe they'll do changes to the cards on display. One time, i saw ms marvel between the weekly cards and at the next day(which was not tuesday) only ms.marvel was changed for another card. The rest were the same.
Maybe they'll change jeff.

Discord states they removed the spotlight system until they resolve the issue.

No news on compensation though.

Spotlight Cache Bug Update:
As we continue to work towards a resolution, we’ll be disabling Spotlight Caches and Spotlight Keys. You will still be able to collect Spotlight Keys. When the feature is re-enabled, you'll see the updated count for whatever you claimed during downtime.

We’ll continue to update you all with information about a fix, as well as compensation. Stay tuned!

No loss of keys, if they did that and didn't give them back the backlash would be insane, some players have tens of keys not just 3, losing them all to a bug would be the biggest insult to the entire community and would actually be a legal nightmare if they didn't give them back - So don't worry, you're not losing keys.

They really need to compensate anyone who logged into the game in the last week at least, and not just those affected by it, its a major bug that caused them to need to disable one of the core mechanics of the game, community are thinking a key as compensation but i very much doubt SD would ever be this generous, more than likely it'll just be 1k tokens as thats what you would get if you got a duplicate and maybe a few hundred gold for those unaffected, anything less than 1k tokens for those that experienced this is beyond insulting.

They are legally required to compensate for any loss, that occurs due to their mistakes. If there will be any additional compensation "for the inconvenience" is completely up to SD.
