Kingpin doesnt work with polaris?

When I use polaris to move the enemy card to my location with kingpin in my location, the enemy card doesn't inflict -2 power. Is this a bug, or did I misunderstand kingpin card ability?

Just saw this exact interaction work properly on a stream, without a screenshot can't tell you the cause.

It just worked for me. I think the game might be bugged though, I've dropped on reveals the past few weeks and sometimes nothing happened. I scanned the board and could never see why a card didnt activate.

I also see cards fluctuate in the collection screen, Black widow was a 2 cost for example.

you either dont have the patch downloaded, missed they have luke cage etc. without a picture can't tell you but card works fine
