The constant nerf cycle has left me pretty numb to new card releases.
Hard to be excited for any of the good looking cards when I already know their future is sitting in my collection collecting dust =/
This specific card that was specifically stated in the op that I responded to Jack ass.
Hope Summers (Season Pass) - After you play a card here, you get +2 Energy next turn.
Nowhere did I say anything about all season pass cards. 3 of last 5 have been meta defining, 1 has been nerfed into the ground, 1 has had several nerfs around it, 2 just got nerfed today. So yea it's pretty par for the course.
how are u gonna play the maw now
proxima also got nerfed for jumping to lowest power and not a losing lane
cull went from 4/10 to 4/9 as well, ultra lame
When they are released we will judge them then. For now, it is what it is.
Good way to start planning spotlights early though to make the most of your keys.
Pixie in the data mined state is equal to uninstalling the game by how much degenerate combos it will allow. Supergiant changed but not much for what it enables to happen. It's like they enjoy watching people do the work for them and then pretend to make stupid excuses, like the excuse they did with "transformed cards" their QA team got confused ... like What? I personally don't want to feel like a test subject, and to pay for it be it cash or time, because time is an expensive currency.
Its really funny that they dislike people data mining , but they do it intentionally. There is zero reason for those assets to be in flight and available for mining unless you want to make a buzz and an easy buck.
and i don't see how alioth is helped by SG, if cards reveal end of the game, the way i see it, it works like invis woman, so that means everybody else flip their cards first and then whatever else under invis woman/supergiant,
which means opponent already flips their cards, then you flip alioth, which means it wouldn't do jack
so now you gotta corvus on 3, giant 4, hela 5 and then modok 6, assuming corvus didn't already chop off part of the combo, which is an incredibly low chance
boooooooo
i totally thought i had a black order theme deck going it's already shafted before its released
hey stay in school and try to hand in your homework on time, the adults are talking how to run a business, you wouldn't understand
Because the cards "stay" unrevealed until the end of the game it also gives Alioth free targets regardless of priority. You play Supergiant on 4, they play cards that stay unrevealed until the end of the game on 5, you play Alioth on 6 to nuke their turn 5 play.
It's a bit more balanced now that it doesn't include the "current" turn compared to its original datamined incarnation and that you're "only" playing a 4/6 but I doubt the Maw synergy that you mentioned was ever really its strongest use case in the first place. We have Sauron to enable late game Maw.
