I'd wager it's like Klyntar/Phoenix Force/HulkBuster. The "merge" kinda points that way. So the cards don't get destroyed, but more like incorporated into the blob.

the difference is if you play it early then you have nothing to draw
so doc ock pulls it then you're screwed

The wording on the card deff hints at hulkbuster / phoenix mechanic, those cards are not destroyed or discarded, they are incorporated. I would guess its a diff pool than the other two. But it does mean the cards will disappear.

Opposite to everyone else I feel that this card will need to be in hand and then you clog your hand with card generators to prevent loss of points, which isn't hard if you have moongirl. So Collector will also be on the table. I fear it might be a great card with Dino , or discard hela if they bottom deck big cards.

We will see after tonight. One thing to keep in mind is that he is base power 4, so even in an ok deck with 3-4 he would still get like 9-12 power on top of the 4. obviously zero costs cards will be a pain. Discard does have some of the highest base power cards.

One thing to Note, Darkhawk might see less play as a card, but the toxic clog deck won't change too much. They will just take him out, the ability to prevent the opponent to draw cards is still big, if you can't draw Blob or don't start with him in hand, it won't change much the landscape.

I picked it up in the shop since the tokens currently serve no use unless you are into the 5k variants.

Blob is blobbed for reeel! 70 power first play after waving then sheng qi, then odinson for the second SHANG that no one sees coming.

Blob will only suck off your deck, not your hand so if you have some high cost turn 6 like doom or Odin, best to wave Blobbert out b4 turn 5.

Im confused to his power fluctuations tbh. if you click on the card it's glitched out so you can actually see what Blob has absorbed.

6 Percent chance of that play. He has counters for sure. He can also be misplayed, and I saw plenty of deck construct issues in his usage.

You assume that you will have those counters in play at the right time. What it is doing is forcing players to alter their decks to assure those counters are in their decks which can take away from an archetype design. Like any card, players adjust.

Oh I'm waiting for the counter, but Blaahhbb taskmaster has been going without conflict and blaahhhhb is free to roam the lanes as for some reason no one is putting tech cards in their decks atm, must be all the crazed variant collection for the one emote that you need 12 in shop 1200 gold cards for!

Meme spotlight I disagree - if you don't have Revona or Tribunal - excellent chance to grab some really good cards. Blaahb is vertical but with tribunal you can go WYDELOAD!
