Elsa Bloodstone bug?
When I fill a location, I get the animation for Elsa's ability activating, but she doesn't get the +3 power. Happens regardless whether I play Elsa or my opponent does, both when I play on Android and the Steam version.

I guess my question is if other people have encountered this issue? I didn't find anything online.

She cant buff herself

she buffs the other card that fills not her

As others have said, she needs to already have been played to the board to give the +3. If you moon girl and have 2 Elsas, using the first one to fill a location will get no buff, but using the second elsa to fill a location will receive a buff from the first elsa..... hope that makes sense

Elsa's bugged when used with brood too. Just lost a game by 2 points because when I played Brood elsa didnt give any of the broods +3 even though Like elsas on reveal states I played a card that filled a location.

Not a bug, not how the card works.
If you play another card to fill a location, give it +3 Power. Thats what Elsa text reads.
I Play Brood to fill location. So please explain how that doesn't satisfy her text. Brood filled a location when I played him at a location that had just 1 other card in that lane so why wouldn't the last brood clone get a +3. I'm taking what SD put on her Card for face value.

Still not a bug, you just don't either understand how the card works, or want it to work the way you want it to.

Key word here is "Play".
Your Brood doesn't fill the lane. Broodlings does.
Broodling that fills the lane is not played. They're added.
Cards that get "added" are not played. Not Broodling, Sinister Clones, Doombots, Ultron Drones, Shanna's 1-cost zoo, or Squirrels.
Exception being Mysterio, as all the Illusions are "played".

Hi again, thanks for all the answers.

I did get the card wrong when I started this thread yesterday - I thought Elsa boosted herself, instead of the card that fills the location.

But even though the card works differently than I thought, I still must have encountered some bugs yesterday, since the total power on the location was lacking the +3 buff, nevermind which card actually was supposed to have it.

(And yes, I was playing a fourth card on a location, not using the Brood or Mr Sinister).

Doesn't matter anymore, when I played today it works as intended.

I was wrong about this one in the other thread, and here is the answer by Glenn that explains the Elsa/Brood interaction:

No, Elsa checks after you stage cards from your hand but before they reveal, like Hawkeye. You need to play a card in the last slot during your turn, not reveal one there afterward.
