same here. Black screen after loading. verifying game files failed, reinstalling did not fix it, updating windows and drivers did not fix it. Game crashes after loading screen and shows just a black screen for me as well...

I solved it, I think the problem is with AMD graphics cards,

They should only remove it, start normally and the problematic video will run.

then play a game, install your amd again and that's it.

This fixed the problem! Disabled the graphics card in device manager, ran the game once to play the video and closed after, enabled graphics card and can play now because video only plays once.
Hopefully nobody's CPU melts for attempting this
