then play a game, install your amd again and that's it.

76561199137463008 gave me the idea, in my case it's true, it's fault of the AMD graphics card or the drivers!
I just disabled the graphics card from windows deice administrator, and hit the pay button!! The video loaded (very badly, but it did), and then the animation went to loading the home screen... it couldn't load it, but it was enough, as the video was already played... I enabled again the graphic card, and BUM! everything working again.

Its an issue that some graphic cards have trying to run the first video that appears on first pc login
Someone solved turning off the GPU and letting the CPU run the game but in my case this didnt worked because my cpu is not enough good
