Snap stuck at loading screen since update.

Stuck at this for 20 Minutes now.

Rebooted twice.

ZERO change.

Same problem here with an old laptop. Someone mentioned the video that is launched automatically with the update and I believe they are in the right direction. We need to find a way to skip the initial video ...

I have, of course. Twice, in fact. On my Windows 10 computer, the screen stays black. On my old Windows 7 computer, the game runs even after the update.

I solved it, I think the problem is with AMD graphics cards,

They should only remove it, start normally and the problematic video will run.

then play a game, install your amd again and that's it.

GUYS, I FOUND A SOLUTION!! (at least, for me!)
76561199137463008 gave me the idea, in my case it's true, it's fault of the AMD graphics card or the drivers!
I just disabled the graphics card from windows deice administrator, and hit the pay button!! The video loaded (very badly, but it did), and then the animation went to loading the home screen... it couldn't load it, but it was enough, as the video was already played... I enabled again the graphic card, and BUM! everything working again.

Its an issue that some graphic cards have trying to run the first video that appears on first pc login
Someone solved turning off the GPU and letting the CPU run the game but in my case this didnt worked because my cpu is not enough good
We should wait them to fix it,its an horrible situation ikr but it is what it is
