Exactly. What you think is random absolutely is not. Something is definitely there the determines which cards/deck you are playing, and matching you base on those terms. It is not happening all the time, but you can see it when you play hundreds of games, and switch decks and now all the sudden everyone is playing cards that counter your new deck perfectly. I have still managed to make it to infinity but nonetheless I know there is an algorithm just like the lockjaw/jubilee percentages.
Yup you'll play destruction decks when you do not have armor/cosmo. The moment you use a new deck, and have an armor/cosmo card all the sudden youll see a destruction deck maybe 1 in 10 games.
I play against Thanos like once in a 100 matches, I wish I could play against him more to learn the deck. lol
Shuri? Who is this??
Name the meta decks, I never see 99% of them. The only thing I see is full control (all tech cards + RANDOM big drop) or discard/destruction.
I feel like everyone is playing discard, destruction or a mix of both.
So you are saying there no algorithm’s or anything? While I hope you are joking one is science and the other is just programming which is not hard for the dev to do soooo. If you are saying they don’t what is your basis for saying so?
Occam's razor/common sense. They probably do have algorithms in place, hidden so players can't game them, but they should be geared to maximize players enjoyment, and not to, for example, pair you with decks that counter your deck. Happy players will spend money on a game, frustrated players will leave.
Not necessarily especially if you like the game, but are frustrated with the counters. At that point alot of players that have the money will spend money into order to get the current tier/meta decks. it just like any shooters/mmorpg's/MOBA's. New characters/geras/guns come out. Players get frustrated as these are OP, and instead of waiting for a grind they option to pay to get there now.
True, but this game is a bit different, as the progress is gated pretty hard even for players who do pay. You grind a bit faster, but you are still at the mercy of the RNG opening cards, and there's a limit on how much you can spend per day. You can't just open your wallet and buy a deck.
I did spend money on all token packages to date, because I liked the game. I wanted new cards to see how they play, to make new decks, not because I was frustrated by my losses.
Yeah I agree. I also always want new cards to make new decks. I do however get frustrated when there are decks I want to play, but do not have all the cards. I am always waiting on 1 card or so.
I tried multiple decks and it is what it is: after a few matches, I encounter only counter decks to mine. So I change. Win a cube or two, then it starts again.
Not to mentioned the location "bullying". I got to rank 65 this season, highest ever. And then I get stomped. Sometimes by "Omega" or above (noticable due to their Nimrod avatar).
Really? Really?! What's wrong with devs.
Yeah I hear you nothing feels truly random in this game.
