Collector Token shop for F2P..

Why the dev not making collector token shop open for all cards all the time? so we just need to collect the token and pick which one we want to unlock?

the problem is, as F2P we need time to collect collector token (which already taking time, 1 month for 1000 token still acceptable) + we need to wait till the card we want to unlock coming. of course this is not problem for P2W player, but for F2P this is taking forever.

The pool keep getting bigger and bigger, I already have 1200 token and wait for patriot/mystique, but they never come. I waiting almost 2 month. I stop playing and keep come back just for looking the shop, I don't know everyone is thinking the same or someone already making the discussion about this, what you think? Thanks.

Good idea, but specifically limit them to tier 3 cards only, while 4 and 5 rotate as usual.

I've said that many times! In real life, if I want to buy something and have the money for it, I go to the shop and buy it!

We all agree that the cards we get from the reserves should be 100% random, that's ok because those are free cards. But if we save tokens to buy a particular card, why the hell we must wait weeks/months to buy it?! The card rotation in the shop is not funny or exciting (like when you open a reserve)...it's just frustrating! Especially when you have 1000/2000 tokens and a Series 4 or Series 5 card shows...even if you cannot buy it!

I wanted to buy Doctor Doom and Daredevil with my tokens...and guess what? Those came in the shop as the LAST TWO series 3 cards in the series 3 rotation!!! I had to wait more than a month for the cards I wanted and have tokens saved. Makes no sense!

I would make choose one of three, with one having higher probability of being pool4/5. Remove the pins, but make them change more frequently. Every 8. hours feels awful.

I like this too, when we already unlock all 3rd tier, all 4th cards unlock, etc.

And let be honest, as a F2P who don't complete tier 3 collection till now, if you have 5000 token, will you redeem 1 (tier 5) card or redeem 5 (tier 3) cards? xD I think we can all agree to prioritize unlocking as many cards as we can, right? other word, 5000 is too luxury (not worth) for 1 card.

Depends on where you are in Series 3 completion. I'm 62/80 and it doesn't make any sense to me to buy Series 3 cards now, because I will have them all next month. But my son is early Series 3 and of course, I've suggested him to buy Series 3 cards, so he can be competitive ASAP, because he could not get any of the wanted cards for months.

It's done that way for a reason. With the gambling mechanic, there needs to be uncertainty as to what the other player has in their deck. In games where you can just get whatever card you want, people just sit there and get matched against identical meta decks over and over again. The other big issue is if the optimized version of a meta deck involves a season pass card, F2P will gripe because they are playing a weaker version of the same deck.

It's like this on purpose for a few reasons.

1 - So everyone isn't running the exact same most powerful deck at the time.

2 - So you get that dopamine rush when your card finally show up.

3 - So that maybe after waiting a long time and your card doesn't show up you cave and buy something else, only for the card you want to now show up when you lack resources, so you are encouraged to spend money.

I don't think it's gonna change any time soon sadly.

Same. I just feel ANGER every time I look at the card in the shop. Because in 99% of the time is a card I DON'T WANT!!!

Shop rotation sucks, I think most can agree on that. I'm lucky theres nothing major outside of She Hulk that I want from series 3 tokens. I pinned her while she was still series 4, 200 tokens to go so I'll get her this week.. I mean daredevil would be nice too I guess. But I'm 21 cards from Series 3 complete with the new drops. Though I'm not f2p either. I'm more a dolphin, I won't allow myself to spend more then 50 a month in mobile gaming.

On Valentine's day, there will be a chance to buy a Daredevil variant for 2000 gold. In case you don't get him by then and have 2000 spare gold you would spend. :D

The Deadpool bundle is the best one so far (even if you already have Deadpool), but the Mr. Negative one is bad. It should give 8000 credits to be acceptable. I can buy both, but I will pass on the Negative one and wait for something better in the near future.
