In fairness, when you boot up this game on Big Picture Mode for the first time, a warning from Steam appears on screen warning that this game should be played on controller and that it doesn't have good keyboard support. But as far as I know, that warning doesn't appear on regular Steam for desktop, and is still odd to release a brand new game on PC without proper keyboard support lol.
Regardless, I agree with most people here. Key remapping should absolutely be a thing.
Also - I played a bit with the KB and from my experience, even with this broken layout the game is completely playable this way so with a proper default layout or rebind options this would be a perfectly fine way to play.
I don't care how "retro" it is, just make the game not feel like a punishment.
Let us rebind the keys. And make the modern movement style actually work on keyboard. (For me it's forever locked on tank controls, even if I set the controls to Modern.)
The game was designed for controller and it plays great. Don't misinterpret our criticism we have towards the game's lack of rebinding features on keyboard.
Plus, it says you only played the demo for 5 minutes, including the time you spent in menus and in cutscenes/dialogue, which isn't even long enough to get into combat on a first playthrough. So calm down buddie, you just were never that interested in buying this type of game.
Not to mention that it says you have reviewed over 40 games on Steam, 37 of them being negative. So I will say this game was spared off your ♥♥♥♥♥♥ reviews lol
