Tt doesnt matter, really ! You will be forced to do jobs for both sides in the end ! Just play till the end you will have a blast at the last missions :D

Nah, you're just taking jobs from whoever's paying. Your jobs are all secret to everyone but the head of the APR and UFLL. Kind of funny since you're screwing it up for both sides, and they don't even know.
