I'm retarded, the window for the dialogue pop was hidden behind every other window that was open. Thanks, it's working.
This little snafu has happened to me TOO many times. You can count me as a proud
member of the 'Idiot Club' as well.
This is an older game and there are a number of bugs to be aware of, but they're all
easily fixed by limiting frames per second to 60, turn Vsync on, only run in DX9 -
and if you have a multi-proc system limit the number of processors.
All are fixed by always launching the game with Multi-Fix for Far Cry 2.
One in-game bug that is all too common and can kill your game is the
'Missing Buddy Bug' and there is only one known fix for that.
Details in this link - Please for your own sake have a look, and if you have
any questions please don't hesitate to ask.
