Question whether laptop can run the game

im interested in the game, but would rather not spend money if my laptop is unable to run it. as i am not sure how to show full specs, ill give the main specs

You have an integrated graphics processor with no dedicated video RAM - I don't think it will run on that particular system.

Don't listen to the last post; I have a laptop with integrated intel graphics (HD 4000), an i3 processor, and half the ram you have, and it runs fine on medium settings. But I have windows 7 64bit, so I don't know if it runs with your 8.1.

I have an awful laptop and it runs on pretty decent settings, Some high Some medium

I play it with Intel HD Graphics 3000 and an i3-2310M dual core (2.1 ghz) processor. If you can deal with putting it on the lowest settings, you can definitly play it. Best to get it now while it's on sale too bro. But idk about 1080p... may have to tone it down to like 1366x768... that's just my experience.

It is debatable on the 8.1, it will work if you look up some help because I am hearing problems with 8.1 in this game. Not really a surprise seeing it was made at like 2008 if I'm correct.

I'm running the game just fine on a laptop with Win8 x64, so 8.1 should run fine as well (it's just Win8 with a bunch of fixes).
