Does dlc already come installed?

Cause there was this thing about the dlc needing a cd key so I wrote it down over and over and it didn't work. But I saw a post down here where I think a guy was trying to say it already comes installed and the servers are down anyways.

ULC = Machete skins, and predecessor missions. This is not enabled by default, but can be added via a registry tweak, or via Multi-Fixer.

Yes. The dlc is included.

Yeah everything is already installed. I have no idea what the CD key is supposed to do anyways.
