How to Select Different Audio Output Devices in Windows 10[www.dell.com]
Thanks for the assist here Virago!
Slade - have you ensured the headset is your default device in Windows before launching the game?
- Ubisoft Support
Man, Ubisoft may make a lot of questionable choices these days, but it's super cool that there's employees dedicated to assisting people in the forums of a game that came out back when I was in MIDDLE SCHOOL. That's some cool dedication
Thanks Pirate Beard!
We do still try to support our legacy titles best we can!

Yeah, but right before you realize that their level of support comes down to veeery basic advises. You know, such as - "go check if the game is installed properly" or make sure your dog didn't ♥♥♥♥ on your motherboard. If you try asking them for help with more complex problem on your hands. By that I mean the one that requires some game engine knowledge or anything beyond what you can figure out to do on your own - you'll quickly realize how useless they actually are.
Apologies you find our support lacking 1xgamer.
Unfortunately as we are not involved in the development stages of any titles, in-depth engine knowledge is nothing something we typically have to hand.
Rather, we have other teams of which we raise such issues or queries too. We'll do what we can with the resources we can to provide assistance or advice for players. :)

- But one thing they could do is PIN the post of a user who supplies critical info
that they know is required to launch and run the game without issues - and include
their standard disclaimer that releases Ubi of responsibility.
